Internal Operational Internal Control (OpIC) wil ensure consistency and effectiveness of operational controls in the bussines units in order to support operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilty:
- Understanding the operational business process flow and it's key controls.
- Develop effective testing methods ensuring operational internal controls performed effectively and consistently
- Communicate effectively and persuasively the assesment result to local management, ensuring they understood of the problem, aware the impact and root cause, and willing to perform the agreed recommendation.
- Reporting to OpIC compliance manager for each location assesed, for compilation report perusal.

Qualifications:
- 2 - 3 years experience in internal audit / internal control / business process background in industrial / distribution company.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting / finance / engineering.
- Good interpersonal relationship, good internal audit technique and details oriented.
- Have a good knowledge in tax and employement regulation.
